General Body Meeting
Our 2024 GBM is right around the corner. This meeting will be conducted in person at the ZAC center. If you have questions regarding the 2024 AGM minutes, please contact the secretaries at jt-secretaries@zacla.org in advance so your concern can be addressed. We wish to get a quorum for this meeting.

The meeting will be called to order after the obligatory one-hour adjournment in case we do not have a quorum. The General Body Meeting is for Members only. If a Member would like to bring up a relevant topic for discussion at the General Body, please send a request in writing by email to the Executive Committee at committee@zacla.org no later than November 20th, so that it may be added to the final agenda. Questions brought up from the floor will be limited to 3 minutes per member. Attendance is open to all current members, though voting is limited to adults over 18. However, our Constitution restricts voting for new members if they applied for membership after March 31, 2024. There will be a sign-in roster of eligible voters. You need to register only if you are staying for dinner. Price is $15 for ages 10 and up.
Special General Body Meeting
A Special General Body Meeting will follow the General Body Meeting on November 23rd. The Special General Body Meeting is for Members only. This meeting will be conducted in person at the ZAC center. We wish to get a quorum for this meeting. You need to register only if you are staying for dinner. Price is $15 for ages 10 and up.
