Navroz Function

Jamshedi Navroz festival is celebrated with great joy by Zoroastrians. Navroz means “New (Year’s) Day” and Jamshed-i means “of Jamshed”.

The festival of Jasmshedi Navroz is celebrated to remember King Jamshed who saved the world from a great flood by taking a pair of each species of animal and establishing a settlement called ‘Var-e-Jam-Kard’, “the settlement of Jamshed.”

Details:
Jashan is at 5:00 pm and the function starts right after.
Cost:
Members
Adult: $45.00 (Dinner catered by Dilliwalla Kitchen)
Children Ages 13-17: $20.00 ( Spaghetti/ meatballs, mac n cheese, chicken)
Children under 12 are free
Non-Members: $75.00. (Across the board)

HAFTSHEEN TABLE AS ALWAYS WILL BE SET UP BY MAHNAZ AND PARVEZ ERANI.
6:30 pm – meet and greet and enjoy the Haftsheen table which is always a show stopper.
7:30 pm – appetizers will be served.
8:00 pm – Raffle and games
9 pm – Dinner
Dancing after that
